webtessera/storage/memory

Keeps a Tessera log in memory: the browser's counterpart of the POSIX driver, and the reference backend for the ObjectStore driver.

It has no Go counterpart: it is an addition of webtessera’s. Its source is src/storage/memory/index.ts.
